MONOTONE MAGIC PRESETS
Truth be told - I don’t often shoot for black and white. The nature of what I do, especially with client work, demands results in colour. But there’s no denying that black and white images are powerful and I have been asked on quite a few occasions whether I could recommend any black and white presets so it seems many of you feel the same. When I looked at my presets list I found that I had actually over 20 black and white presets. Here are the best 15.
**A word on presets if you’ve not bought any before: A lot of people think they’re a one-click magic button that make photos look great. They’re not. They are a ‘shortcut to a starting point ‘ as I say to my clients.
They will need some adjustments, and that is also where all the fun lies! Boost the contrast, adjust the colours, change the white balance and fine-tune the tone curve are just some examples of what you can do after applying these presets. That said, these are meant to speed up the editing process and to see what direction you want to go with the edit.
Included in this pack are:

Monotone Magic 2 - Shadowlands
Monotone Magic 3 - Twilight
Monotone Magic 4 - Central Highlights
